Larry Latham has been in the mortgage industry since February 2003. Larry was born and raised in Longview, Texas and uses his familiarity of the East Texas area to better connect with his customers when helping them decide their best options for mortgage assistance. His experience with all mortgage loan products and keeping up with the ever-changing federal regulations helps to make the loan process easy for his clients. Larry and his wife, Marlynn, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. The Latham family is a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church; they also enjoy rooting for their favorite football teams, the Longview Lobos, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns.
If you had to ask Larry what his strengths and most important assets were when dealing with his customers, it would have to be strong customer service. “Deal honestly, respectfully and most importantly, make friends out of your customers; when doing this, you’ll make a friend for life.” is how Larry describes his great customer service.
